Who we are
This policy is for the Alquist Warehouse online shop at shop.alquistwarehouse.com. Pickup and in-store handoff happen at Alquist Arms, 1400 Freitas Park, Turlock, CA 95380.

Information we collect
We collect what we need to take an order and follow the law: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, pickup vs ship choice, FFL dealer information when a firearm transfer is required, order history, and account login if you create one.
Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Full card numbers are entered in their hosted window and are not stored on our servers.
We also collect device and site-use data (cookies, cart, checkout steps) so the shop works and we can fix problems.
How we use it
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, send order and tracking emails, complete FFL and California compliance steps when they apply, prevent fraud, and answer customer-service tickets.
We do not rent, buy, or sell your personal information to unaffiliated companies for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order: Authorize.net for payment, wholesale distributors (including Sports South and RSR Group) and carriers for dropship and tracking, the receiving FFL you choose, and Alquist Arms staff when you pick up in Turlock.
We may also share information with service providers who host email, the website, or support tickets, and when the law requires it.
Emails and texts
We send transactional email about your order (confirmation, tracking, ready for pickup). Those are not marketing.
If you later opt in to marketing texts or emails, we will not sell that opt-in. You can stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Transactional order messages may still be sent when they are part of fulfilling a purchase.
How long we keep it
We keep order, payment, and compliance records as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns, and meet firearms and tax record-keeping rules.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file, update an account, or request deletion of information we are not required to keep. Email support@alquistwarehouse.com.
California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
