These terms cover purchases on shop.alquistwarehouse.com (Alquist Warehouse). In-store pickup is at Alquist Arms, 1400 Freitas Park, Turlock, CA.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.
Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site. Firearms, receivers, and some other items require you to be 21 and legally able to possess them.
You are responsible for knowing federal, state, and local law where the item will ship or be picked up. We may cancel any order that we cannot legally fulfill.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it (out of stock, restricted state, failed compliance, suspected fraud, or pricing error).
Cards are charged through Authorize.net when you place the order. Prices, tax, and shipping shown at checkout are what you authorize.
Firearms and restricted items
Modern firearms ship only to a licensed FFL you choose — never to a home address. You must arrange the transfer with that dealer and make sure they will accept it. Their transfer fee is theirs, not ours.
The person who pays for a firearm is the person who must complete the background check. Billing name and transferee must match.
If you do not pass a required background check, the firearm is refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Magazine-capacity and other state limits apply (including California 10-round magazine limits). If an item cannot legally ship to you, we will cancel or offer pickup when that is allowed.
Pickup at Alquist Arms
Bring photo ID that matches the name on the order. We will email you when a pickup order is at the counter.
You have 60 days from that notice to pick it up. After that we may refund the order and charge a restocking fee.

These terms are governed by California law. Venue is Stanislaus County, California.
